Professional Skills Training in Life Stress Reduction

The Life Stress Reduction (LSR) Workshop is a complete package of training, which includes easy to learn, practical, highly effective techniques and a unique session protocol.  LSR is used to resolve unwanted conditions that are negatively affecting any and all parts of a person’s life (low self esteem, mental distractions affecting study or job performance, relationships on the rocks, etc).  Live demonstrations and an opportunity for students to try out the techniques are part of this 4-day training.

The LSR workshop includes thirty-three structured techniques, giving the LSR facilitator a variety of tools to help individuals resolve what’s troubling them.  When a person interprets the world in a certain way, that is the way the world becomes – for him/her.  Cleaning up one’s mental environment brings alertness of mind, clarity of thought and a greater sense of self.  Upon completion of this training, LSR facilitators have tools to help others improve the quality of their lives like never before.
